How to Claim your Supermarket Voucher

Although the Energy Company Obligation Scheme is not limited to those in receipt of a qualifying benefit, to ensure that Oak Tree Energy are supporting those who need it most during the cost-of-living crisis, individuals who match the below criteria will each receive a £100 supermarket voucher to help towards their food costs. The voucher will be issued upon completion of the work and will be sent within an average timescale of two weeks. To qualify you must:

  • Be a homeowner
  • Have a gas back boiler or non-condensing boiler (no white pipe exiting the bottom of the boiler)
  • Be on one of the following income related benefits:
    • Universal Credit
    • Working Tax Credit
    • Child Tax Credits
    • Child Benefit
    • Income based Jobseekers Allowance
    • Income related Employment & Support Allowance
    • Income Support
    • Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
    • Pension Credit Saving Credit
    • Housing Benefit
    • Warm Home Discount Scheme Rebate
